FORTH Evaluates LiveMediaXR Omniconferences as Part of INDUX-R UC1

The Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) has conducted an expert-based evaluation of the LiveMediaXR omniconferences, a key component of the INDUX-R UC1 initiative. This assessment aimed to enhance the usability and performance of the platform, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for users.
A team of five User Experience (UX) experts tested the application on mobile devices and augmented reality (AR) glasses, identifying areas for refinement. While no major limitations were found, the evaluation provided valuable insights that will guide the next phase of development, focusing on usability improvements and enhanced user interaction.
This milestone underscores the commitment of INDUX-R to advancing immersive communication technologies, bridging the gap between virtual and real-world interactions. The insights gained from this evaluation will contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform, reinforcing its role in shaping the future of digital collaboration.
